Welcome to Satrova – Simple & Powerful Bitcoin Wallet!

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Satrova ("the Application" or "the Service"), operated by ALKAPLAR IPLIK SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at ALKAPLAR IPLIK, NO:229A AVSAR MAHALLESI BATI CEVRE YOLU BULVARI, ONIKISUBAT, Kahramanmaras, 46040, Türkiye.

By downloading, installing, or using Satrova, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Application.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the Application or by other communication. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Satrova. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Satrova for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Account

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Satrova is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Safely storing and backing up your private keys and seed phrase
  • All transactions you make using the wallet
  • Any loss of funds due to loss of private keys, seed phrase, or user error

We do not store your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover lost funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or other users' wallets
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and carry significant financial risk. The value of Bitcoin can fluctuate dramatically. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using cryptocurrency and the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALKAPLAR IPLIK SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Satrova.

10. No Warranty

Satrova is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
